Welcome to Limitless Together! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering & Payment

Please ensure all personal and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We accept secure payment methods and process all transactions safely.

You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation or correction. After 24 hours, all orders are automatically processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already begun processing or shipped, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are made to order, and we begin processing your order within 2 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary due to postal delays, customs, or factors outside our control.

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds if an order arrives later than expected. However, if an item is lost in transit, we can offer a replacement or refund upon confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Late deliveries

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window

  • Issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout
