RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Made to Order Notice
Please note that all of our products are made to order. This means once your order is placed, we begin creating your item specifically for you. Because of this, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@limitlesstogetheronline.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or production has begun, we are unable to cancel it.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, only if your item is damaged.
To be eligible for a return:
- proof of the damage (clear photos or video)

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@limitlesstogetheronline.com.
LATE DELIVERY (45+ Business Days)
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for items that did not arrive before a specific date or holiday.
Include:
- Only the item(s) shown to be damaged will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
