Returns & Exchanges
All Limitless Together products, including our posters, are made to order — meaning each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return or refund, requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at support@limitlesstogetheronline.com within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received
- Include photographic or video evidence clearly showing the damage — without this, we are unable to process your request
- We may follow up to request additional images if needed
Please note that refunds are only applicable to the specific items for which damage has been documented. Any undamaged items included in the same order will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@limitlesstogetheronline.com within 24 hours of purchase. As our products are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production. Our customer support team will advise on whether cancellation is possible on a case-by-case basis.
