Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we only accept returns and refunds for products that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return or refund, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at support@limitlesstogetheronline.com
- our item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- It is mandatory to provide proof of the damaged products in order to be refunded. Please send proof (images or video) of the received damaged product(s) including shipping/packaging slip to support@limitlesstogetheronline.com within 7 days of receiving your order. The issue must be clearly represented in your proof of damage. We may ask for more images if necessary.
- You can only receive a refund for the defective/damaged products you have provided proof of.
- Any other products included in your order that are not damaged or you have not provided proof of damage will not be eligible for refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, contact our support team support@limitlesstogetheronline.com within 12 hours of purchasing. However if your order is already processed, we will not be able to cancel the order. Note that the order processing can be quick (just in time inventory) and it is our customer service team who have the final say on the ability to cancel the order.
