At Limitless Together, we want you to love your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. We are fully responsible for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

We only offer refunds or exchanges if the item is proven defective, incorrect, or damaged within the 15-day period after the order’s delivery date.

If more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds if your item arrives later than expected, as all products are made to order.

• We are not able to refund orders that were delayed due to shipping carriers, customs, or external factors outside our control.

• Refunds for late delivery are not accepted.
